Bellápierre Colour Stay can be applied to the eye area or any other area you plan to apply Bellápierre Cosmetic Glitters. This will ensure longer wear and precise application.

Ingredients: Water, Stearic Acid, Copernica Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate SE, PVP,Triethanolamine, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hexylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Imidazolidnyl Urea.

Period After Opening: 24 Months

Application: Apply a thin layer to skin, then use your finger or makeup brush to apply Cosmetic Glitters over same area. Allow to dry.
