For the perfect effect use the Bellapierre Eyeshadow Brush to apply. Before applying pigments, prepare the skin of the eyelid with mineral powder. For a matte finish and easier blending, apply a small amount of Makeup Base to the eyelid. Tapping technique is used to apply the pigment on the eyelid so that the pigment is fixed, only after that we proceed to blending.<\/p>\n
