APPLICATION
For the perfect result, use a Bellapierre eyeshadow brush. Before applying the pigments, prepare your eyelids with a mineral powder. For a matte finish and lighter blend, apply a small amount of “Makeup Base” to the lids. To apply mineral pigments, use a light pressure technique on the eyelids to fix the pigment, only then start to blend.
