APPLICATION

Using the spoolie end, groom any stray eyebrow hairs. Then, twist up the retractable pencil from the opposite end and apply to brow in short, hair-like strokes, filling in any sparse areas. To complete the correction and fixation of the eyebrows, apply Bellapierre Clear Mascara. For a more durable and defined effect, you can combine it with pigments from the Eyebrow Palette. Your perfect image is ready!
